-Founded in 2012, Lune is a unique, specialist bakery, designed to create moments of joy. Lune is not a shop, nor is it a factory. It’s a celebration of the creation, the complexity and the enjoyment of a croissant.
It takes three days to make a Lune croissant. And three minutes to enjoy it. They bake all day. Every day. Why? So that you can always get a freshly baked croissant at any time of the day. Lune is about exceptional experiences. With its humble ‘hole-in-the-wall’ beginnings in Elwood, Lune now has 7 (and counting) venues across Australia, including Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.
