-Hol Hibbo is the creator of QUIVR – the eclectic livestream community space and home of the city’s DJ/Production school for Meanjin’s DJ community.
The heartbeat of Hol’s magic is connecting the music community – with local talent at the forefront of her curation.
As a DJ, her taste in music has been shaped by her decades of time spent on global dancefloors and queer spaces – where connection, music & art formed the basis of her spirituality and connection with people.
Drawing upon inspiration both locally & internationally, she takes her musical cues from the time of day – which can lead her anywhere throughout a wide wide aural terrain of genres, traditions and styles but at the centre of it all is groove.
