Tom Mitchell (Chef)
+Tom Mitchell, Executive Chef, is an integral member of the Gelato Messina family. Previously the Head Chef at Zumbo Patisserie, it is no surprise that Mitchell’s nine-year tenure at Gelato Messina has led him to head a team brimming with unmatched culinary talent. While he is no stranger to live TV broadcasts, Mitchell is most at home in the kitchen, developing the weird and wonderful Wonka-esque creations for which Gelato Messina is famous.
Florian Fritsch (Chef)
+Florian Fritsch, the Head Chef, has been a cornerstone of Gelato Messina for eight years. Serving as Executive Chef Tom Mitchell’s right-hand man, Fritsch brings an impressive culinary résumé, including stints at Dinner by Heston and Rockpool, where he honed his skills in innovative and sophisticated cuisine. He plays a fundamental role in Gelato Messina’s Research and Development, conceptualising all of their custom hot tubs, Bavarians, cookie pies, and cakes.
New Vararutsupagul (Chef)
+New Vararutsupagul, Chef de Partie, has been a vital part of Gelato Messina for eight years. Starting as a scooper, Vararutsupagul’s dedication and talent quickly propelled him from the front lines to the kitchen, where he now plays a key role supervising Gelato Messina’s cake team.
